I'm Matthew, founder of Matthew's Greeting Cards. From a young age I've always had a keen interest in creativity, writing and design. As a child I fondly remember doodling in school and being excited when asked to write a short story in English class.
I went on to get a diploma in Graphic Design and later a degree in Video and Film Production from the University of Wolverhampton.
I love language, art and storytelling and believe we have a wealth of beautiful, funny and unique traditions here in Ireland. I'm passionate about keeping the vernacular/sayings of Ireland alive by capturing them in my greeting cards.
Greeting Cards
The Irish vernacular is both unique and funny. Yes we speak English, but It isn't English exactly it's Hiberno-English, a mix of Irish and English.
We have our own phrases and sayings that are inherently Irish and it's my aim to send my greeting cards throughout Ireland & the world to keep these Irish sayings alive.

All greeting cards are designed and printed in Dublin, Ireland. All cards are printed on card derived from sustainable forests.
